LB196 Update: Lucas Bolton, James Estwick, and our Lobbyist have a 10am Monday meeting with Governor Pillen, Senator Bostar, and Jason Jackson. From what we understand, Senator Ibach has agreed to a yes vote (please continue to reach out, we can't take this for granted) if we change the contribution percentage to 10% - as long as this will not be vetoed by the governor once it passes on the floor. The purpose of this meeting is to ensure we are all on the same page and ensure this bill is successful.
Timeline wise, Monday is a recess day, Tuesday is Day 41 of a 60 day session.
