[Retirees] Iowa State Patrol Fundraiser

This is for the fundraiser for Trooper Nitzschke, with the Iowa State Patrol, who is battling cancer. He is the cousin of Nebraska Trooper Kirkendall and is stationed in Sioux City, IA. He is making trips 3 times a week to Omaha for treatment. He has a wife have a 1-year-old.
