NO changes to Dental and Vision Premiums and no changes to life insurance rates.
Medical rates were adjusted by an 6.3% as suggested by the actuary.
After splitting this with the state by percentage here is the dollar breakdown by tier:
Employee only: $11.83/mo+
Employee + Spouse: $23.66/mo+
Employee + child(ren): $20.16/mo+
Family: $29.49/mo+
Plan changes discussed are as follows:

ServeYouRx will be the new PBM (Lowest Net Cost Formulary with OTC scripts previously covered will continue)

OON Hearing Aid benefit to mirror INN benefit of 85% AD, $2500/ear

Obesity exclusions will be updated to allow nutritional counseling with a licensed dietician or nutritionist. OON benefits will mirror INN benefit level 85% AD.

The below is for review, discussion, and approval.

Historically:
2024 increases were between $24.96-35.05
2023 increases were between $18.85-49.92
2022 increases we're between $10.74-28.44
2021 increases were between $8.79-35.24
Plan changes discussed are as follows:

ServeYouRx will be the new PBM (I have held off on sending this approval to you pending the disruption report, which is minimal because of the large formulary that ServeYouRx has. Any members with disruptions will be contacted accordingly.)
