Subject: Lasik testimony, letters
Good morning, all,
For those that do not know, or have not heard as of yet, Brandon Smith is putting together a proposal for the SLEBC board To add Lasik eye surgery coverage to our current insurance. Although there is no guarantee this will happen as of yet, we do ask for your help To get this coverage added.
What I am asking for, is for anyone that has had a situation in the past where either eyeglasses or contact lenses have become a detriment or an officer safety issue to please write up that situation in the form of a testimonial and forward it to Brandon. Brandon will then compile all of the signatures he has collected these letters, and will be submitting them to the SLEBC board.
