Today Senator Clements filed an amendment to LB 196 to increase the contribution rate as it stands currently from 10% to 12%. As you may remember, he was one of the senators who voted no for the bill twice while votes were cast in committee. If you haven’t done so already, please take the time to reach out to your local state senator and ask them for their support.
