Elected changes will become effective January 1st, 2025. If you wish to make changes, please submit the necessary forms for Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage - if you do not have changes, you do NOT need to submit forms except for Flexible Spending. If you wish to enroll in Flexible Spending for 2025, you must submit your 2025 Flexible Spending election.
