Member ID: Use your Medical Card ID Number (not the Magellan ID Number and not your Social Security Number - the pharmacy may insist that a SSN can be used. It cannot and the claim will be denied!!)

NEW Medical ID Cards should arrive in the next week or so - I'm assuming a little delayed with the winter storms. (Open up anything that might look like junk email, because often the cards will arrive in the mail looking like junk.)

Dental ID cards for Delta Dental remain the same. If you need a new ID, please let me know.

Vision does not have ID cards - VSP is the carrier and providers will look you up by DOB/last four of a SSN.
